Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer concerns.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Good listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnel management.
- Multilingual communication skills are an advantage.
