Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Explain products/services clearly and address customer concerns.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience using CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Good listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnel management.
• Multilingual communication skills are an advantage.
