Senior Creative Producer (12 month FTC)

Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of creative productions, from stills and video shoots to events and talent activations  
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other creative professionals both internally and externally to ensure the shoot aligns with the creative vision and brief goals  
  • Manage budgets and production timelines to ensure shoots are completed on time and within budget  
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of shoots, ensuring all equipment and props are in place  
  • Provide creative direction and feedback during shoots to achieve desired outcomes, and ensure the crew are keeping to schedule  
  • Handle any logistical issues that arise during pre-production and the shoot   
  • Ensure all necessary permits and permissions are obtained for shoot locations  
  • Work with internal resources to manage risks assessments, contracts, and any other production admin that's required   
  • Maintain clear communication with the team, brands and stakeholders throughout the production process  
  • Support the team post-shoot on moving assets though post-production and meeting deadlines set out by the Creative Project Manager   
  • Mentor and support Creative Producers and other team members  
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies  

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience as a Creative Producer or similar role, having delivered a variety of different production types  
  • Strong understanding of creative production processes  
  •  Strong leadership and team management skills  
  • Ability to lead and inspire creative teams  
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Creative mindset with proven track record of innovative projects  
  • Proficient with budgeting, risk assessments, permitting, contracting and other production admin  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines  
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
