Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training and protocols.
• Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations at the end of every treatment
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience and treatment upgrades
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
• Working alongside the Spa team of receptionists and fitness instructors in a team environment 
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type – Full-time, Part-time and Casual Positions. Availability to work Monday – Friday and weekends and holiday periods.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• You must be eligible to live and work in the UK 
• Beauty Therapy HNC/HND/ Level 3 /ITEC
