Job Description

• Supplier Management - strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier management of external services and components
• Ensure cost competitiveness, service quality, risk mitigation and long‑term supplier partnerships
• Customer Management - act as a key interface between internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, finance, legal), our customers and external service providers
• Close collaboration with PUR organization
• Service-Level focus - ensure agreed service levels are delivered consistentlyTrusted partner to internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship with professional experience or academic degree in
  business administration, marketing or similar qualification
• Several years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement of services, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing, or multinational environment
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing processes
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills
• Structured, analytical, and proactive working style
• High level of ownership, reliability, and decision‑making capability
• Very good communication skills in an international environment
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional language: German 
• Confident use of procurement systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
