What you will be doing 

Key Account Management & Sales 

  • Achieve sales and margin targets in your region and continuously identify new business opportunities. 

  • Build, strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with our major Key Accounts 

  • Create commercial action plans and execute them in alignment with the overall BeNeSca strategy. 

  • Monitor changes in your region, update CRM data and keep the client database accurate and relevant. 

In Solutions Mode (ISM) Implementation 

  • Stay close to customer needs and collaborate with the KA & ISM Manager to turn insights into targeted solutions. 

  • Develop customised solutions for Key Accounts, ideally starting from existing modules. 

 

Planning, Organising and Reporting 

  • Responsible for preparing potential tenders, always keeping Vetoquinol’s ROI in mind 

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of your region (sales activity reports, territory performance analysis, expenses) 

  • Work closely with marketing to implement and follow up on roadmaps. 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to optimise solution design and execution. 

  • Monitor the market and competitive landscape, and share relevant insights internally. 

Qualifications

 

What we are looking for 

  • You have a master’s degree or equivalent commercial experience 

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the sector 

  • Fluency in Dutch and English 

  • Strategic thinker who acts as a true Business Advisor.  This role is not a people manager role, it is primarly a field-based role  

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder 

  • Customer-focused with a value‑creation mindset
