Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and segments
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Actively promote the area as a destination to boost business room nights
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Business Development, Sales or Account Management experience in a hotel or related tourism industry
- Strong track record for meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful outcomes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and represent the brand at industry events
- Sales & Marketing or Hospitality qualifications highly regarded
