Platform Solution Architect

Job Description

We are looking for a new team member for the role of Platform Solution Architect
Location: Tbilisi

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Platform Evolution

• Define and maintain architecture principles for mobile, web, and API platforms.
• Support scalable and reliable platform development aligned with business and product needs.
• Contribute to technology roadmap planning and system evolution.
• Ensure core standards for integrations, APIs, security, and system reliability.
• Improve platform observability, monitoring, and operational readiness.

Engineering Collaboration

• Work closely with development teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability.
• Help align technical decisions across product, engineering, and operations teams.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Support prioritization and technical decision-making during delivery.
• Participate in architecture reviews and cross-team coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform stability, performance, and delivery practices.

Hands-On Contribution

• Participate in technical problem solving and architecture discussions.
• Support CI/CD, cloud, and platform initiatives together with DevOps and engineering teams when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in software engineering and system architecture.
• Good understanding of web, mobile, and API-based systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development practices.
• Experience working with scalable and reliable systems.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering and business teams.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives is a plus.
