Application Specialist (m/f/d) - Thailand

Job Description

• Provide independent customer support through experimental testing
• Contribute to projects by developing optimal technical solutions and supporting machinery development
• Work closely with the BF program lead, global BF Food/Pharma team, engineering department, and regional sales network within the organizational matrix
• Build and apply in-depth expertise in grinding and dispersion technologies for food science and pharma materials
• Prepare and deliver presentations, technical reports, and articles; represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and symposia
• Monitor competitor activities (including SEA region) and conduct market research to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and target application opportunities
• Conduct and monitor laboratory tests, maintain test plans, and ensure laboratory equipment, tools, and work environment comply with German regulations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Food Science
• First experience with working in a laboratory would be preferred
• Experience with customer would be preferred
• Sales mindset required
• Language requirements: Fluent in English

In this role, you will drive application development and optimization by conducting experimental testing, developing process know-how, and translating technical insights into practical solutions. Working closely with engineering, sales, and global teams, you will contribute to product and process improvements, support customer success, and strengthen our position in the market through deep application and technology expertise.
