In this position you will be part of our Athens International Airport Station and you will be responsible for leading, coordinating and developing the Rental Sales Team in order to ensure operational excellence, high levels of customer satisfaction and successful execution of the station's commercial objectives

Requirements

🎯Your Mission:

  • Lead, coach and develop the Rental Sales Team to achieve operational and commercial objectives while ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise the daily operation of the counter, ensuring adequate staffing levels, efficient workload distribution and smooth execution of all customer-facing processes.
  • Conduct regular Power Talks, one-to-one meetings and individual action plans to support employee development, improve performance and reinforce company objectives.
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules, monitor attendance and ensure adequate coverage according to operational requirements and business needs.
  • Support the Station Manager in administrative and operational activities including station correspondence, consumables management, reporting and follow-up of operational actions and pending issues.
  • Act as deputy to the Station Manager and assume responsibility for the daily operation of the station during periods of absence, ensuring operational continuity and adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle rental operations
  • Previous supervisory, team leadership or people management experience
  • Strong understanding of sales, customer service and station operations
