This Physical Therapist role offers the chance to work in a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic with a steady flow of patients and a team-based environment. You will help patients improve mobility, rebuild strength, reduce physical limitations, and return to daily activities with better function.
The clinic works with patients ages 11 to 90, giving the role a varied caseload and meaningful day-to-day clinical work. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

EMR System: WebPT
Team Structure: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
Daily Patient Volume: 7–15 patients
Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 visits
Schedule Options
Preferred Schedule: Four 10-Hour Days
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off every week
Second Schedule Option: Monday–Friday
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Complete patient evaluations and follow-up assessments
- Identify patient goals, movement limitations, pain concerns, and physical therapy needs
- Develop care plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, balance work, and functional rehab
- Guide patients through safe recovery and home exercise programs
- Track progress and update plans of care when appropriate
- Communicate with PTAs and clinic staff to support continuity of care
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, patient education, and documentation skills
- Ability to work with patients across a wide age range
