Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical HVAC systems and kitchen equipment
Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
Implement and follow preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and customer complaints
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of all maintenance activities
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in facility maintenance
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing job duties
Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or relevant technical trade.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance.
Good understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
Good reading and oral proficiency in English language.
Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
