GSSC OLCI Consultant

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
GSSC Operations consultant be a key member of the GSSC team for Reed & Mackay. This role will be responsible for generating the boarding pass for the global customers 24 hours prior to departure.

• Travel industry experience.

• Travel terminologies and GDS experience

• Methodical approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generating boarding pass to travellers.

• Resolve ad hoc queries in a timely manner.

• Ensure any anomalies are reported to your Line Manager effectively for timely escalation and resolution.

• To develop a customer-focused approach to the internal client base, liaising effectively with other divisions across the business.
