Salary & Benefits
$81,000 – $120,000 per year FTE (inclusive of super)

Early Careers Program & Support

- A structured early careers training pathway (first 12–18 months)
- Regular clinical supervision and mentoring
- Training in Positive Behaviour Support and autism-specific approaches
- Ongoing monthly professional development sessions
- A gradual, supported transition to managing your own caseload
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting 3–4 participants per day in community settings
- Working collaboratively with participants and their families/support networks
- Building practical, functional skills that support everyday life
- Developing strengths-based, person-centred support strategies
- Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Unlike private practice, you won’t need to source your own clients—we’ll support you to build a sustainable caseload.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in:
- Occupational Therapy
- 1–3 years’ experience (or new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Interest in working with autistic people and neurodivergence
- Willingness to work in community-based settings
- AHPRA registration
