Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Uniform Room Administrator to oversee uniform inventory and supply management for our Atlanta Branch Operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate tracking of inventory, timely fulfillment of uniform requests, and smooth daily operations within the uniform room.
Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Logistics: Manage all incoming uniform shipments, maintain accurate inventory tracking, and coordinate daily outbound shipping, including mail and FedEx logistics.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately process, bag, and tag uniform requests for new hires and ongoing site needs; stage orders for timely distribution.
Administrative Coordination: Review and fulfill account-specific uniform requests for our security officers and maintain updated status records.
Room Maintenance: Ensure the uniform room remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and branding standards.

Requirements

Minimum of GED
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple account requests and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate logs and documentation.
Comfortable with technology i.e. Microsoft Office, G-suite
Consistent reliability in daily operational tasks.
