Job Description
Step into the role of HR Experience Partner for the Americas region, where you will play a key part in enabling and continuously improving high quality, consistent employee and manager experience. Partnering closely with HR Operations, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners and Legal, this role serves as the connector that ensures enterprise people strategies, programs, and processes are delivered in a cohesive, intuitive, and experience‑led way.
In this role, you will be on the team focused on shaping end-to-end people journeys, strengthening manager effectiveness through scalable experiences, and supporting the activation of talent strategies through thoughtful, localized delivery. You are part of a system that is responsible for ensuring core HR programs are implemented with consistency and clarity, reducing friction for managers and employees while respecting regional and regulatory nuances. You will also provide real‑time coaching and support to managers, reinforcing foundational management practices and helping leaders navigate critical people matters with confidence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with Talent Development & Inclusion (TD&I) to enable and embed core people leader capabilities through locally relevant, experience led delivery.
- Strengthen manager confidence by facilitating sessions where managers have the opportunity to practice and receive coaching on managing others.
- Bolster manager effectiveness through development and adoption of consistent practices, providing guidance on how to be accountable for key programs (i.e., performance management).
- Ensure managers consistently understand how to apply people practices—not just what to do.
- Promote and champion key HR programs by helping drive awareness, ensuring consistent adoption, and reinforce alignment with organizational priorities for managers and employees.
- Provide real‑time coaching and guidance to managers, helping them navigate day‑to‑day people matters, organizational changes, and team dynamics to improve decision‑making and overall leadership effectiveness.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and COE teams to help implement country‑specific and regional talent initiatives and compliance, ensuring local needs and best practices are incorporated into execution.
- Ad hoc programs and projects as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in HR program delivery, manager coaching, HR advisory work, or organizational effectiveness; experience in technology or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience working across multiple regions or diverse teams, with an understanding of cultural differences and the ability to support leaders in varied business contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to assess capability needs, prioritize areas of focus, and support the delivery and facilitation of key initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences, delivering training, and providing clear, practical guidance to leaders at all levels.
- Sound judgment and a collaborative approach, consistently modeling trust, respect, inclusion, and professionalism in sensitive or complex people situations.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities, with the ability to manage projects and stay organized, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver high‑quality support in fast‑paced environments
