In this important role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to schedule appointments and introduce them to our energy-efficient window solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective clients with a warm and engaging approach.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team based on customer availability.
• Provide basic information about our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work closely with our team to achieve appointment-setting goals.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and easily with diverse customers.
• Previous experience in appointment setting or customer service is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented to manage schedules and follow-ups effectively.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
