Sustainable Talent is conducting the search for an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused Front Office Coordinator / Medical Receptionist on behalf of Markson Chiropractic & Medical.

The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer multi-line phones and assist patients with scheduling
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Verify insurance information and collect patient payments
• Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with patient intake paperwork and documentation
• Support patient flow and communication between departments
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every patient interaction

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
