About the role:

We are looking for an energetic and sales focused Group Sales Manager to join our team here in Melbourne. A key role for the business, you will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, drive sales revenue and maintain and grow client relationships across your portfolio of accounts. You’ll be a true ambassador of JCDecaux’s values and behaviors, demonstrating and building on our foundation of a strong and positive culture.

A Day in the Life:

Whilst there’s no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:

  • Manage team performance to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Accurate weekly forecasting to senior management
  • Work closely with your team & GBD to understand your agency/territory and educate/promote JCDecaux
  • Maintain high performance deadlines on response to brief.
  • Educate clients with new products to market
  • Identify and implement strategies to grow share on existing advertisers’ budgets.

About You:

You’ll be someone with a demonstrated media background who is motivated by driving business forward and leading from the front. A trusted leader, you’ll be flexible to change and will work with, and develop your team to ensure the best results. You’ll be someone who thinks outside the box and enjoys seeking and winning new business by offering innovative and client focused solutions.
