DATAMARK, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Operator to join our team. As a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, DATAMARK helps organizations worldwide manage their operations more efficiently and effectively. The Lead Operator will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow in our data entry department.

In this role, the Lead Operator will be responsible for helping to maintain DATAMARK, Inc. standards and policies. Initiating the startup process at the beginning of the shift and addressing any and all keyers’ questions. Supervising and training data entry operators, ensuring that they adhere to established procedures and protocols. Making sure that the Supervisor is kept informed of departmental issues as they arise. Assisting the Supervisor with the employee reports and client reports. Helping the Supervisor access the workflow to ensure that the client’s expectations are realized. They will monitor the quality and accuracy of data entry work, provide feedback and coaching to operators, and identify areas for improvement. The Lead Operator will also coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient data flow throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train data entry operators
  • Providing advice, guidance and training to production personnel.
  • Performs a “lead” function under minimal supervision by scheduling, prioritizing and allocating work in accordance with product delivery requirements.  Initiate start up.
  • Monitor the quality and accuracy of data entry work
  • Keep Supervisor informed of all departmental issues.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to operators
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient data flow
  • Resolve issues or discrepancies in data entry
  • Liaison between the Production personnel and the Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data entry procedures and protocols

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership position preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
