Job Description
This position will be fully onsite in Knoxville, TN. Must be open to relocation
- Develop and execute compensation strategies that support business objectives
- Design competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through data-driven solutions.
- Lead market benchmarking to ensure pay is competitive both internally and externally. If any gaps are identified, recommended enhancements to programs.
- Provide guidance to senior leadership on compensation related matters, including new hires, promotions and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent required
- Master's Degree or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum 15 years experience
