Exciting Opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Worcester/Sturbridge area!
Responsibilities:
- Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the IFSP/IEP/ISPs or client Treatment Plan
- Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans and programs
- Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff
- Analyze data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness
- Supervise Behavior Therapists
- Attend IEP meetings and coordinate care plans with other service providers
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Ed., Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts
- Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
- Valid Driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportation
