Job Description
The Evergreen Center is seeking a Residential Counselor responsible for implementation of specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designated by the Individual Support Plans.
Responsibilities:
- Case management of one individual
- Collecting and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas
- Supervising instructional activities in the residence and community settings
- Monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence.
- Transporting Individuals: Safely transport individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community. Ensure their comfort and well-being during transit, maintaining a supportive and respectful atmosphere.

Available Schedules:
Wed-Fri 3-11; Sat 9a-11p (38 hours)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- MAP (Medication Administration) certification must be obtained within the first three months of employment
