Job Description
Lead and grow the sales team in Beirut, driving revenue through strategic account management and new business acquisition across the Lebanese market.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Grow customer base by 20% year-over-year
- Maintain 95%+ client retention rate
- Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Increase average deal size by 15% annually
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of sales experience
- 2+ years in a sales management or team lead role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in the Lebanese/Beirut market
- Team management
- CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Sales forecasting and pipeline management
- MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Data analysis and reporting
- ERP systems
- Leadership and team motivation
- Negotiation and closing skills
