Job Description

Lead and support the financial management for Statkraft Chile by driving planning, analysis, and finance digitalization initiatives. Ensure compliance and strong internal controls while providing insights that support strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Main tasks:

• Coordinate and manage the performance management process for Chile, carry out annual planning & target setting, scorecard reporting and business reviews
• Lead the digitalization agenda across Chile Finance
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct profitability analyses for different service lines and business units.
• Develop and maintain strong internal control procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate governance, and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other areas to support cost control and efficient planning

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Management Control or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Management Control areas, preferably within the Energy and/or Industrial sectors.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Advanced user-level proficiency in MS Office and BI tools
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
