Commercial Property Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial real estate and business acquisitions from initial due diligence through post-closing
• Coordinate with title companies, escrow, lenders, and internal teams throughout transactions
• Manage due diligence efforts, including title, survey, environmental, and financial review
• Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and transaction documents
• Maintain and organize transaction files and corporate records
• Manage communications with external partners, including vendors, government agencies, and counterparties
• Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, accounting, and operations teams
• Prepare materials and support recurring property management and acquisition meetings

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in commercial real estate, acquisitions, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with commercial property transactions, title, and escrow processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Preferred Background
• Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions or M&A
• Familiarity with tools such as Visual Lease, FinQuery, and Microsoft Office
• Paralegal certification or legal training (JD or equivalent experience welcomed)

The pay rate for this position is between $70,304 - $85,000, DOE
