Role Overview
As an Integration Architect/ Integration Lead you will design and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across complex digital ecosystems. You will play a key role in connecting systems, applications, and data flows to support business agility and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the enterprise integration architecture strategy and roadmap.
Design integration solutions using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
Lead the implementation of integration platforms (e.g., Informatica, Azure Integration Services).
Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between internal and external systems.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration needs and translate them into technical designs.
Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices.
Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for integration components.
Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in systems integration, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns (e.g., pub/sub, request/reply, ETL, EDA).
Hands-on experience with API management, ESBs, and iPaaS platforms.
Proficiency in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and messaging protocols (e.g., AMQP, MQTT, Kafka).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and hybrid integration scenarios.
Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, OSS/BSS) is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities.
