We’re looking for a dedicated Water Treatment Operator who takes pride in safety, precision, and making a real difference. In this role, you won’t just operate systems—you’ll help ensure the highest standards of water quality and environmental safety.

🚀 What You’ll Do

-Operate and take full ownership of water treatment systems during your shift -Monitor and control processes including filtration, disinfection, and chemical feed -Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment rebuilds when needed -Conduct laboratory testing to ensure water quality and regulatory compliance -Maintain accurate operational logs and compliance records -Inspect and maintain wells and critical system components -Follow strict safety protocols at all times

✅ What We’re Looking For

-Licensed Water Operator (Level B preferred) -1–3 years of experience in water treatment plant operations -Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence -Ability to work independently and manage full-shift responsibilities -Willingness to maintain certifications and continue professional development
