En tant qu'employé d’exploitation polyvalent, vous veillez à ce que le séjour de nos clients se déroule sans fausse note. Si vous l’acceptez, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
Réception :
Accueillir les clients à leur arrivée et effectue les tâches liées à la réception.
Mettre en avant les offres commerciales et participer à la bonne application des standards de la marque en vue de la satisfaction client.
Réaliser les opérations liées à la gestion de la caisse.
Entretien :
Participer la propreté des locaux, des chambres et des parties communes selon les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
Exploitation :
Contribuer à la mise en place des petits-déjeuners et du service en salle.
Assurer la gestion des stocks et du réapprovisionnement.
Connaître et appliquer les procédures en vigueur pour garantir la sécurité des personnes et des locaux.
