What You’ll Do

Consult with clients to understand needs, lifestyle, and budget
Curate and present apartment options across Austin | Houston | Dallas or San Antonio
Schedule and coordinate property tours
Manage follow-ups and guide clients through the process
Close deals and earn commission when your client signs

Requirements

Active Texas real estate license (required before onboarding)
Clear, confident communication with clients and properties
High follow-through - you do what you say you'll do
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Sales or real estate background is a plus, not a requirement
