Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Data analysis & insights: analyze sales, activity, CRM, market and other relevant business data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Dashboards & reporting: create, develop, maintain and optimize dashboards, reports and analytical tools tailored to the needs of Business Units, Operational Excellence and other affiliate functions.
- Business Unit support: support Business Units and cross-functional teams by translating data and business needs into actionable insights, recommendations and practical solutions.
- CRM, tools & processes: support the proper usage, adoption and continuous improvement of CRM systems, dashboards, reporting tools and Operational Excellence processes.
- Training & onboarding: train and onboard Customer-Facing Roles and office-based colleagues on relevant tools, processes, KPIs, dashboards and reports.
- Market research support: collaborate in the design, coordination and analysis of market research projects across current and future therapeutic areas, translating findings into business implications.
- Sales Force Effectiveness: support key SFE processes including activity monitoring, call planning, segmentation, targeting, territory structures, objectives and incentive-related analysis.
- Process optimization & innovation: identify gaps and improvement opportunities, propose new tools or processes, and contribute to automation, simplification and continuous improvement initiatives, exploring the responsible use of AI-enabled solutions where they can improve processes, tools and ways of working.
Qualifications
Education/Learning Experience/Work Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Life Sciences or related fields.
- Around 2–4 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, sales/marketing analysis, consulting, finance, operations or related areas.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work with data, structure problems and translate information into practical business insights.
Desired:
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or consulting sectors.
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM analytics or Commercial / Medical Excellence.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Vault CRM.
- Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Spotfire or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, scripting / programming or process automation tools.
- Exposure to project management, segmentation, targeting, territory alignment, incentive processes, market research or forecasting.
Skills/Knowledge/Languages
Required:
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure information and translate data into business-relevant insights.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
- Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several topics in parallel.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and understand their business needs.
