About the Role

- Roadmap & Prioritization. Contribute to product roadmap development by identifying opportunities, defining scope, and prioritizing work that aligns with team OKRs and business impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align on priorities, gather input, and ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
- Customer Insight & Discovery. Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making. Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and use insights to inform decisions, iterate on features, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Project Leadership. Manage timelines, anticipate risks, and navigate trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints to ensure efficient and effective execution.
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within a SaaS or B2C environment
- You have 2+ years of experience building data products, analytics features, or AI/ML solutions, ideally within a SaaS environment
- You have a strong ability to connect complex technical features directly to customer value and business outcomes (like ROI, adoption, and retention)
- You have a track record of owning and delivering product features or initiatives end-to-end with measurable impact
- You are comfortable operating independently on product execution while collaborating across teams
- You are highly analytical and use data to inform decisions and measure success
- You have experience working in Agile environments and partnering closely with Engineering and Design
- You are an effective communicator who can align stakeholders and drive clarity across cross-functional teams
- You are naturally curious, customer-focused, and continuously seek to improve products and processes
