General Maintenance Operative - Cashel Palace Hotel

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, practical person to join our maintenance team at one of Ireland's leading luxury boutique hotels.

This is a hands-on, general maintenance role. You will support our in-house carpenter, plumber and painter, carry out routine maintenance across the hotel and staff properties, and respond to day-to-day fixes as they arise.

The role involves:

• General property maintenance and minor repairs
• Assisting tradespeople with their tasks
• Maintenance cover at company-owned residential properties
• Responding to maintenance issues throughout the working day

What you need:

• A practical, can-do attitude
• Some maintenance or property experience (hotel or hospitality a bonus)
• Full clean driving licence

Please note: This role operates across a 7-day roster including weekends. Flexibility is essential.
