Your Mission
As a Specialized Sales Professional Services, you’ll be the cornerstone of our customer-centric approach, focusing on:
- Building and nurturing strategic relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and C-level stakeholders.
- Driving business growth through a consultative, value-driven, and high-paced sales approach.
- Translating customer needs into expert-led, tech-aligned staffing opportunities.
- Positioning Inetum as a digital workforce enabler.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of accounts with a structured, strategic approach.
- Manage the full sales cycle from acquisition to execution within a professional services context.
- Understand client goals and match them with Inetum’s capabilities and expert community.
- Shift client focus from “time and cost” to “task and value.”
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create new business opportunities and synergies.
- Advocate for managed staffing and structured team approaches over transactional sourcing.
- Presenting potentially matching candidates to our customer's demand.
Qualifications
Who You Are
- You are a relationship builder who engages fluently with hiring managers and executive stakeholders.
- You are a tactical thinker who proactively identifies staffing needs and converts them into business.
- You are a consultative seller with over 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT staffing or professional services.
- You are a confident communicator in Dutch and/or French, and English.
- You have a customer-first mindset, focused on long-term value creation.
- You are entrepreneurial and results-driven.
- You are skilled in stakeholder management within complex DMUs.
- You have excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
