Job Description
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and ventilation work as needed to ensure that the hotel can provide a safe environment for staff and guests.
Follow the priority order for maintenance activities as assigned by the Director of Security and/or his/her supervisors.
Inform management of any insufficient stock of spare parts to ensure the building’s uninterrupted operation.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of equipment and the building structure.
Monitor the facility’s energy consumption on a daily basis.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Do you love fixing things, doing DIY projects, and never put down your screwdriver? You’re probably just the person we’re looking for!
Your certifications are up to date, and you have experience in electrical work (high-voltage and low-voltage systems) following a vocational training program in electrical engineering or electromechanics. Your attention to detail, team spirit, and experience in the hospitality industry are your strengths.
Language skills: fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is a significant asset.

Starting date: ASAP until mid-October.
Job type: Seasonal.
Salary: 1300€ - 1400€ net / monthly.
