Senior Change Management Consultant (M/F)

Job Description

Passionate about new digital practices (Generative AI, Copilot, Low-code / No-code, Metaverse, Sustainability, Employee Experience, etc.), you will join our Change Management community to support key accounts and regional organizations in their digital strategy and the evolution of user environments that result from it.

As a Senior Change Management Consultant, your autonomy and proactive mindset will be fully leveraged in designing and implementing change management frameworks.

You will be involved in pre-sales, assessment, strategy definition, user adoption planning, and functional project oversight, with responsibilities including:

• Supporting clients in defining and implementing their change management strategy
• Leading workshops on digital usage and workplace practices within organizations
• Assessing impacts, as well as functional and organizational needs related to user services
• Mapping user profiles and use cases
• Recommending governance frameworks and use case strategies to address business challenges, particularly focusing on the integration of AI in daily operations
• Designing and overseeing change management programs, scoping studies, and impact assessments of technologies on business processes
• Leading scoping phases autonomously
• Monitoring the transformation of clients' information systems
• Actively contributing to the development and enhancement of offerings by designing and delivering change management solutions

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent), with at least 5 years of experience in change management, particularly in user adoption and digital transformation projects
• Ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, from executives to operational teams
• Passion for new digital usages and involvement in large-scale transformation programs
• Strong analytical mindset and a taste for challenges, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions in complex environments
• Comfortable working in English, especially in collaborative and digital transformation contexts
• Strong general culture, with solid knowledge of Microsoft solutions
• Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to both teamwork and client environments, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Proactive and autonomous, capable of managing multiple assignments in multi-client environments while bringing senior-level consulting value
• Proven experience in change management with a pragmatic approach to user adoption (communication, training, engagement, and community management)
