GRC Manager

Job Description

The GRC Cybersecurity Manager role combines GRC mission management, team upskilling and service offering development. This role is aimed at an experienced GRC Manager.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a GRC Manager (M/F), you take ownership of various missions.

• Organise, manage and deliver GRC missions covering the organisational and governance aspects of cybersecurity
• Contribute to upskilling consultants within the team on specialist and methodological topics
• Proactively propose and develop our GRC service offerings
• Ensure adherence to best practices aimed at continuously improving our expertise both internally and with our clients
• Maintain high-quality client engagement to enable interventions beyond your current missions
• Participate in pre-sales activities within response teams (tender analysis, commercial proposal drafting)

Qualifications

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized university Master's program, you have at least 5 years of experience as a Senior GRC Consultant.
Excellent adaptability in delivering and managing assignments.
Development of methods for managing and measuring risk, compliance, and assurance efforts.
Active monitoring of regulations, standards, and best practices in IS protection and IS security governance.
In the course of your professional experience, certifications such as ISO27001 LI, ISO 27005, EBIOS RM, CISSP will be an asset.
Writing skills enabling you to be efficient and concise in both the form and content of your documentary deliverables.
