ServiceNow Administrator Consultant (M/F)

Job Description

The administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB, FSM, workflows, automations, integrations) constitute a specialised expertise, linked to a structured technical and functional governance. 

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a ServiceNow Administrator Consultant (M/F), you are responsible for the administration, configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

• Administer, configure and maintain the various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, FSM, Catalog, Incident/Change/Problem, etc.)
• Manage platform updates (versioning, patching, compatibility)
• Ensure proper compliance and security of ACLs (Access Control Lists) and their evolution over time
• Create and maintain workflows, Flow Designer and automations
• Participate in managing integrations with other internal or external systems
• Collaborate closely with a technical team (developers, integrators, technicians) and a governance group to collectively validate functional and technical evolutions
• Follow development best practices by commenting and documenting your projects
• Track evolution requests and translate them into functional and technical requirements

Qualifications

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university or engineering school.
• You have technical-functional analysis capabilities to understand different use cases.
• You master JavaScript development, interface development, and ServiceNow application integration.
• A good level of English would be a plus.
• Soft skills: Detail-oriented, autonomous, with good interpersonal skills, you adapt to different client contexts.
• You have strong writing skills and can adapt to different stakeholders.
