Junior Operations Manager (m/f/x)

• You will be part of one of our Operations teams in the cash and securities sphere, such as Investment, Payments, Clearing & Settlement, Corporate Actions, Transfers or Depository Management & Tax
• You will be responsible for crucial back office processes such as the internal booking of cash and security transactions, external settlement, account reconciliation as well as reporting tasks to actively contribute to flawless financial services for our Broker and Wealth clients
• You will investigate mismatches and patterns, identify optimization potential and execute time-sensitive tasks to achieve operational excellence
• You will develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business
• You will be responsible for communication with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifikationen

• You have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or studies in a relevant field
• You gained fundamental experience in securities services, brokerage or asset management; prior involvement in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus
• You are well knowledgeable about securities and banking processes, such as payments, on-exchange trading and settlement, corporate actions, securities transfers, reconciliation or tax.
• You have a fundamental understanding of technical and legal requirements, market standards as well as practices for processing security transactions
• Expertise in German and/or European systems for payments, securities settlement, custody and taxes is considered a plus
• You already worked in a time-sensitive environment and demonstrated that you are able to balance competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
