Our job is to make sure that it never changes. The Territory Field Marketing Manager drives customer acquisition and brand awareness through high-impact field marketing programs. This role leads to the recruiting, training, and management of field teams while executing lead-generation strategies across events and big-box retail locations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven ability to scale high-performing teams and deliver measurable results.

Role Description and Expectations

  • Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop field marketing teams (Events, Outreach, Big Box)
  • Lead onboarding, coaching, performance management, and team development initiatives
  • Execute training programs aligned with company standards
  • Manage and track KPIs including leads, appointments, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Plan and execute high-volume lead generation campaigns
  • Develop territory-specific strategies to maximize engagement
  • Coordinate event logistics including staffing, scheduling, and materials
  • Generate leads personally while leading by example
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and event organizers
  • Oversee territory operations including event calendars, inventory, and logistics
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide performance reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and partner requirements
  • Finding, coordinating, booking, and executing events within the territory
  • Maintaining labor and expenses within the budget

Qualifications 

  • Experience hiring, training, and managing teams
  • Background in event marketing or big-box retail
  • Proven success exceeding lead generation targets
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
