Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Advertise vacancies on job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing, logistics, production, and industrial positions.
Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
Conduct client site visits, recruitment drives, and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Support high-volume and blue-collar hiring projects.

Requirements

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, logistics, or industrial sectors is required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
Willing to travel regularly to client sites in Klang and surrounding industrial areas.
Knowledge of blue-collar, mass hiring, and shift-based workforce recruitment is an advantage.
