Reception Officer Παιανία

As a Reception Officer for our garage in Paiania you will be part of our Car Maintenance team and you should be able to welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Registers accurate details regarding vehicle intake at the workshop to facilitate the repair process.               
• Keeps customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs and provide estimated completion timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, call
• Assists with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and updating customer information in the system
• Collaborates effectively with technical advisors to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Handles customer complaints and issues with empathy and strive for satisfactory resolutions.
• Ensures the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Upholds company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
• 1 year of experience in Customer service
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
• Excellent command of MS-Office applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to take ownership and confidently resolve problems
