To support its growth in Belgium 🇧🇪, Energy Pool is hiring a Sales Engineer (F/M) on a permanent contract.

- Present our comprehensive range of services
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships 🤝
- Ensure clear and regular communication, particularly on financial performance
- Retain and renew existing contracts
- Understand client needs and propose relevant additional solutions
- Manage your activity through the CRM to ensure rigorous project tracking
Qualifications
✅ Your profile
- Degree from an engineering school or business school
- Strong interest in technical topics related to energy ⚡
- Comfortable working in industrial and/or renewable energy environments
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B business development
- Strong skills in both prospecting and client retention
- Comfortable with both technical and commercial negotiation 💬
- Language skills:
- 🇬🇧 English (C1)
- 🇳🇱 Dutch (C1)
🚗 Mobility
Frequent travel is expected (approximately 30% of the time) at both regional and national levels.
