Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Director of Facilities & Capital Projects to support maintenance operations, renovations, procurement, vendor management, and capital projects across a growing portfolio of senior living communities.
This role works directly with executive leadership and community maintenance teams to oversee projects, support building operations, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, manage purchasing and logistics, and conduct regular quality assurance site visits across multiple states.
