Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Director of Facilities & Capital Projects to support maintenance operations, renovations, procurement, vendor management, and capital projects across a growing portfolio of senior living communities.

This role works directly with executive leadership and community maintenance teams to oversee projects, support building operations, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, manage purchasing and logistics, and conduct regular quality assurance site visits across multiple states.

 
### Responsibilities:
  • Support Maintenance Directors and maintenance teams across multiple communities
  • Conduct quality assurance site visits to evaluate building conditions, maintenance standards, and project quality
  • Work with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule
  • Obtain bids, compare pricing, and coordinate procurement activities
  • Order and track materials, equipment, furniture, flooring, lighting, and supplies
  • Track deliveries, installations, timelines, and outstanding project items
  • Assist with vendor coordination, maintenance issues, and operational problem solving
  • Review invoices, track project expenses, and maintain organized project documentation
  • Travel regularly throughout the portfolio./Multi-Site Travel Required

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with contractors and vendors
  • Proficiency with Excel, email, and digital file management
  • Willingness to travel frequently
