Technical Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Consultant with a strong IT background and at least 2 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Software Engineering, or IT Consulting, capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate combines a consulting mindset with hands-on technical expertise and the ability to write code when required. Your primary responsibility will be to understand business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' content management needs and recommend tailored Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions to improve workflow efficiency and information management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ECM solutions with existing systems and processes
• Develop code (e.g., scripting, extensions) when required and integrate systems using APIs and third-party tools
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including process maps, user guides, and technical specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Software Engineering, IT Consulting, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong interest in technology and a continuous learning mindset
