Job Description
Our Singapore office is growing, driven by market demand for management consulting services in technology and cybersecurity topics. This continued growth has created opportunities for Analysts (entry level). This is an outstanding opportunity for talented people to have a fast-growing career and help in shaping the future of our Asia business unit.
- Drive projects covering a broad range of technology consulting and cybersecurity topics, including IT strategy, digital transformation, digital risk, data governance, and business transformation.
- Autonomously manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Prioritize tasks and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
- Foster and enhance strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in technology and cybersecurity areas.
- Support business development activities such as drafting and presenting proposals.
- Play an active role in driving internal initiatives that support the growth and development of our Asia business unit.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- University degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, STEM, or other relevant fields.
- Prior consulting experience including project management, change management, organizational transformation, process re-engineering.
- Foundational knowledge in IT, such as data or cybersecurity topics.
- Demonstrated solid consulting skills, business acumen, and project delivery capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and contribute to team success.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ambition to grow consulting as well as technical skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore is required.
