Deine Aufgaben als Quality Manager
- Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden QM-Systems und sicherstellen unserer Qualitäts-Ziele durch fortlaufende Zertifizierungen für ISO 9001:2025 in einem internationalen Konzern-Umfeld
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der ISO 27001-Zertifizierung
- Definition, Dokumentation, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und Nonkonformitäten mit einer Issue-Tracking Datenbank, Document Control und risikobasiertem Denken
- Etablierung einer gesamtheitlichen Qualitätskultur im Unternehmen durch Zusammenarbeit mit allen Bereichen, insbesondere der Produktentwicklung und der Produktion
- Ansprechperson zum Qualitätsmanagement für Kunden und Lieferanten
Qualifikationen
Du bringst für diese Stelle mit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf FH- oder Universitätsniveau in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer QM-Funktion und mit ISO-Zertifizierungen (9001, 27001)
- Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement in einem Produktionsbetrieb
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP-Software
- Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
