Qualifications

🌟 Why You’ll Love This Role

Instead of managing long lines or dealing with standard retail shifts, you will host live-streamed games from our state-of-the-art gaming studio. You’ll be the face of the game, engaging with online players through a live screen chat, maintaining high energy, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere—all while staying completely safe behind the camera.

What You’ll Do Daily:

• Host & Entertain: Present live-streamed games on camera, following standard rules and computer prompt instructions.
• Connect with Players: Answer player questions via chat promptly, professionally, and with a positive, friendly demeanor.
• Be the Expert: Efficiently deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards using specialized gaming equipment.
• Collaborate: Work closely with Pit Bosses and Trainers to keep the studio running smoothly and safely.

✔️ What We Are Looking For

If you have a background in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or any guest-facing role, you already have the foundation to succeed here!

• Experience: At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Age: Must be 21 years of age or older (required for gaming licensing).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.) to navigate the digital studio interface.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a dynamic schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Licensing: Ability to successfully obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

Additional Information

Physical & Technical Environments:

• Comfortable standing for up to 2 hours at a time or sitting at counter-high chairs.
• Comfortable working on a live camera setup under professional studio lighting.
• Strong visual acuity to clearly read a chat screen from 3 feet away.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements (shuffling, dealing) and lift up to 15 lbs.
