Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR management experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
- Experience in Beirut/Lebanon labor law
- HRIS systems
- Payroll management
- Lebanese labor law
