Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to lead and oversee all HR operations, talent management, and organizational development strategies to support the overall business strategy, enhance employee engagement, and drive measurable improvements in hiring efficiency, retention, satisfaction, compliance, and workforce development.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Lead and manage all HR operations including payroll, HRIS, and compliance
- Drive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to reduce time-to-hire by 20%
- Develop and implement employee retention programs to improve retention rates by 15%
- Design and execute initiatives to achieve 90%+ employee satisfaction scores
- Ensure 100% HR compliance and policy adherence across the organization
- Plan, coordinate, and complete annual training programs for all staff
- Oversee performance management systems and compensation & benefits analysis
- Utilize HR analytics and reporting to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to foster a high-performance culture
- Handle conflict resolution, communication, and negotiation with stakeholders
