Class Co teacher

Madinaty Language School - MLS is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Co-Teacher to support our lead teachers in delivering high-quality education. In this role, you will assist in creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement and academic success across various grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing effective lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Assist in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Provide individual support to students to meet their diverse learning needs.
• Help prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in team meetings to improve instructional strategies.
• Contribute to student assessments and monitoring progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching or educational support roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
